The room was very clean. i also appreciated that all the amenities i needed were there. the location is perfect. It's right in the middle of the trendy karakoy galata area.

The location was genuinely wonderful. I walked to many historical sites. the hotel provided a clean room with all necessary amenities (even a sewing kit, such a thoughtful touch). the rooftop terrace provided fine views, especially lovely during breakfast.
i noticed some street noise at night, even from the higher floors. (perhaps i'm just sensitive).

the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially at the front desk and in the restaurant; they provided excellent service (a warm welcome to the city). they always offered quick and efficient assistance with a genuine smile.

the hotel is centrally located near the galata tower. the lobby has a nice fragrance. the staff provided great assistance (burcu was particularly helpful!). the dining area on the 6th floor has views of the bosphorus and golden horn.
the hotel had limited facilities.

the hotel is super central. a tunnel connects the hotel to a well-known pedestrian area. the galata tower is also nearby. trams are accessible, facilitating visits to tourist sites.
